establishing Project Management Office PMO in customs agency (non profit agency)
I am working in customs authority and we have a lot of projects (ex: clearance single window, strategical development projects, Organizational architecture ..) so we need to establish PMO office to followup theses huge projects. I need the Methodology and the stages to create Project Management Office.
