5). Discuss at least three (3) vendor requirements not relating to product or service capability and/or performance. What are the potential risks for both the buyer and supplier if these requirements are not included in the RFP?
6). Discuss the advantages of an RFP and why it’s important for both the buyer and supplier to use an RFP.
