Students will be asked to research and submit an academic paper highlighting exceptional employee relations activitiesÂ and/or programs. Student research should focus on current activities or programs that have demonstrated a positive impact onÂ the organization within the past five (5) years. Organizations selected for research may be from either the private or public
sectors of the U.S. economy. rsearch topic of choice isÂ Labor Relations
Research papers should be 6 8Â pages in length (excluding title page and bibliography). There will be no grade penalty forÂ reports exceeding the minimum length requirement.
Students should follow standard APA formatting, using 12 Pt. Times New Roman font, standard margin settings and no moreÂ than 1.5 line spacing. Deviation from this standard will result in a five (5) point grade reduction.
Research papers should include the following content sections:
1) Cover Page (include topic titleÍ¾ date submitted, course title / number and authorâs name).
2) Informative Abstract (100 â 250 words)
3) Body of Paper
