Please go back and re-read your research questions. Because of the nature of your study, it is important to present terms in the key terms section to give your audience more clarity. An example of this would be: disengaged employee. What constitutes a “disengaged employee.” This must first be addressed before your research question can be measured. I would like for you to address your research questions by explaining why you chose the ones you did.
Now fast-forward to the last chapter, the recommendations. It appears that in this chapter, you do not actually give recommendations based upon the findings as related to the research questions. Perhaps I am missing them. Please elaborate about the connection/lack thereof between your research questions and recommendations–the recommendations should have some basis for the data collected to measure the research questions.
What are your plans for this research? Do you plan to expand upon it for further publication? For speeches/professional development seminars?

I noticed that there is a mismatch between your presentation and your dissertation. For example in your presentation you used the following research questions
Is the effect of employees’ dedication to the customer satisfaction levels statistically significant?
Is the effect of employees’ vigor to the customer satisfaction levels statistically significant?
Is the effect of employees’ integrity to the customer satisfaction levels statistically significant?
Is the effect of employees’ willingness to contribute their intellectual efforts for the customer satisfaction levels statistically significant?
Is the effect of employees’ positive emotions and meaningful connections to the customer satisfaction levels statistically significant?
However, your dissertation shows the following research questions
Research Question 1: What does employee engagement mean?
Research Question 2: How does disengaged employee affect the level of service field attained from workers to clients?
Research Question 3: How does the disengaged employee impact both the consumer as well as the productivity of the company?
Can you please explain why there is a mismatch in such a crucial area of your study?
I did not understand your delimitations due to issues in writing. Can you please explain your delimitations?
For example, you wrote ”
The first delimitation of this research was although (This sentence does not make sense) the social variances would appear to be a factor of the staff members’ capacity to be involved together with impacting the reasons that workers may leave the firm; the social problems not focused in this research. The social factor excluded (did you mean the social factor was excluded?) since concentrating it (How would a social factor be concentrated?) would make the range of the research excessively wide. Also, considering that the objective is to expose what the existing scenario in the circumstance business is (?), and the sensations of retention together with engagement are examined as the foundation for the study, researching all the various social variables affecting staff member engagement not required.
The second delimitation of this research was the common borders of the research.
